Jody Fay is manager and counsel of Skyline Title LLC's branch in White Plains. An attorney with over 16 years of experience in real 
estate and title insurance, Jody previously was counsel to Attorney's Title Insurance Agency, general counsel to Washington Title Insurance Company, and branch counsel to Stewart Title Insurance Company. She is an active member and former president of the Westchester Women's Bar Association; vice president of the Women's Bar Association of the State of New York; and a member of the Queens County Women's Bar Association, where she serves on the Membership Committee; the American Bar Association; the New York State Bar Association; the Connecticut Bar Association; and the Westchester County Bar Association. Last year, Jody was elected to the Executive Council of the Network of Bar Leaders, which is comprised of numerous metropolitan bar associations. She has taught at the Steven Newman Real Estate Institute at Baruch College and at Westchester Community College, and also has lectured extensively for the Learning Annex, bar associations, the Office of Court Administration, and the National Academy of Continuing Legal Education. Jody additionally volunteers with Westchester Residential Opportunities, a not-for-profit that assists women and the elderly in finding affordable housing. A resident of Stamford, Connecticut, Jody received a B.A., Summa Cum Laude, from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts and a J.D. from Pace University Law School.
