Bryant P. Goulding's role as managing
director of Skyline Title LLC puts him in the forefront of
New York's commercial and residential  real estate activity.
Bryant's most recent work in the title insurance industry on
Long Island, coupled with his more than 15 years on Wall Street
addressing the risk management needs of national mortgage
lenders, have given Bryant a distinctive view of the real estate
industry. Working with leaders in the investment banking
community and in the mortgage banking industry has taught
Bryant the value of knowing his customer's needs and
committing to meeting and exceeding those needs with clever
and creative solutions. A graduate of the University of
Massachusetts, Bryant enjoys giving his time to charitable
and service organizations in New York City and
on Long Island.
