Terence Guerriere has worked in the business of real estate law and title insurance for more than 20 years, joining Skyline Title LLC in September 2006. As chief operating officer, he oversees the day-to-day operations of Skyline. Terence most recently worked as vice president for United General Title Insurance Company and was responsible for that company's relationships with their agents throughout New York State. Prior to this, he served as president of J.P. Morgan Title Agency and as the business executive for J.P. Morgan Chase Title Insurance Group. He also was an attorney in private practice with McCarthy Fingar, LLP, co-founder and general counsel of Electronic Land Services, Inc., and managing counsel for the National/Commercial Office of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Terence is a former member and chairman of both the City of White Plains Planning Board and the Board of Appeals for Zoning. He is a graduate of Williams College and earned his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law. Terence has lectured on the topic of legal ethics and title insurance law.
